The tour in brief : Fes To Marrakech 3 day desert tour
This Tour includes three days. The start is from Fez. The team drives through forests, Middle Atlas Mountains, Merzouga sand dunes, Gorges sites, Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah and an experience of Camel riding. It aims to see the magnificent sunset on Erg Chebbi Dunes, and have a great night in Amazigh camps.
1ST Day:
A start from Fez via Ifrane, Midelt, Erfoud, and Rissani to Merzouga.
The First day of the tour begins with our team. The team picks you up at 7:00 AM at your Riad or hotel for almost an eight-hour journey over Middle Atlas Mountains.
It includes enjoying monkeys and cedar forest in the road between Ifrane and Azrou. A full green space is an amazing landscape. Arriving in Errachidia State, a beautiful Ziz valley is worthy of making a stop to observe. Afterwards, we go down to oasis and enjoy the enchanting landscapes. We keep always driving on the way to desert following descent of Middle Atlas, Erg Chebbi dunes of Merzouga emerge to us. Then we’ll have a short interlude for Camel Trekking enjoying sand. Spending night in nomad-tents, situated within a sophisticated camp with such amazing hosts in the middle of desert, and have fun with Berber drums.
2nd Day:
From Merzouga via Tinghir and Todra Gorges and Dades Valley to Ouarzazate.
This day starts with Camel Trekking to get pleasure of the magnificent sunrise on the dunes. After we come back to our hotel and take breakfast, we go ahead in our journey to Ouarzazate. On the way, we can observe some adorable Berber villages and Todra Gorges; an eye-cathching landscape worthy of taking pictures of. We later pass through Dades Gorges all the way to the valley of Roses. The day ends up with making an evening arrival to Ouarzazate.
3rd Day:
From Ouarzazate via Kasbah Ait Benhaddou to Marrakech
The last day of the tour is planned like this. Your breakfast is the firs thing. Afterwards the half of our day is to pay a visit to Ouarzazate, a Kasbah world-renown cinema studio. Then we take the road to the coming Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. It is categorized by UNESCO a World Heritage Site-. Then we visit the attractive Kasbah and neighbouring villages, and finally keep on our journey to reach Marrakech via Ticha Pass. We would be in Marrakech in the afternoon.
