Terms of Use and Booking Terms

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Welcome to Morocco Great Tours. These Terms of Use and Booking Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of moroccogreattours.com and any enquiry, quotation, reservation, or tour booking made with Morocco Great Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Morocco Great Tours provides guided tours, custom itineraries, transportation arrangements, accommodation arrangements, desert experiences, day trips, and related travel services in Morocco.

Tour descriptions, itineraries, photographs, prices, availability, and travel times are provided for general guidance. We may adjust routes, activities, accommodations, vehicles, guides, timings, or other arrangements when reasonably necessary due to weather, road conditions, safety, supplier availability, local requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Enquiries, Quotations, and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quote does not create a confirmed booking.

A booking is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation and receive the required deposit or full payment, as stated in your quotation or booking confirmation. Please check all details carefully and notify us promptly of any error.

Prices may vary based on travel dates, group size, accommodation category, itinerary changes, exchange rates, and supplier availability. Unless otherwise stated in writing, prices do not include international flights, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses, meals or activities not listed as included, tips, or optional services.

3. Payments

Payment deadlines, deposit requirements, accepted payment methods, and the final balance due date will be stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.

If payment is not received by the stated deadline, we may treat the booking as cancelled and apply any applicable cancellation charges. You are responsible for any bank, transfer, currency-conversion, or payment-provider fees unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

4. Changes and Cancellations by You

If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact us in writing as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.

Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposit or supplier charges, will be provided in your booking confirmation. Where a refund is due, it will be processed within a reasonable time after we have confirmed the amount payable and received any refund due from relevant suppliers.

5. Changes or Cancellations by Us

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the services confirmed in your itinerary. However, we may need to alter or cancel arrangements because of events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, road closures, government action, public-health restrictions, security concerns, supplier failure, or other force-majeure events.

Where a significant change is necessary, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer available alternatives where practical. Our liability is limited as described in these Terms and as permitted by applicable law.

6. Traveller Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking and contact information.

  • Holding valid passports, visas, travel documents, vaccinations, and permissions required for your trip.

  • Obtaining comprehensive travel insurance suitable for your itinerary, including medical care, emergency evacuation, cancellation, and personal belongings.

  • Arriving on time at agreed meeting points.

  • Following reasonable safety instructions from drivers, guides, accommodation staff, and activity providers.

  • Respecting local laws, customs, people, property, wildlife, and the environment.

We may refuse participation or end services for any traveller whose conduct is dangerous, abusive, illegal, seriously disruptive, or likely to endanger others. In that case, no refund will be due for unused services.

7. Health, Safety, and Activities

Travel in Morocco may involve long journeys, changing weather, uneven surfaces, altitude, camel trekking, desert conditions, hiking, and other inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you are medically fit for the activities you choose.

Please tell us before booking about dietary requirements, mobility needs, medical conditions, allergies, or other requirements that may affect your trip. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests but cannot guarantee that every request can be met.

You must follow all safety instructions. Participation in optional or higher-risk activities is at your own discretion and may be subject to separate provider terms.

8. Accommodation, Transport, and Third-Party Suppliers

We may arrange services provided by independent third parties, including hotels, riads, desert camps, restaurants, drivers, local guides, and activity providers. These suppliers operate under their own terms and may have their own safety, cancellation, and liability rules.

We select suppliers with care but are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, failures, or changes caused by independent suppliers, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morocco Great Tours is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of profits, missed flights, personal belongings, or costs arising from events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for a claim directly arising from services we provide will not exceed the amount paid to us for the affected booking, except where a higher amount is required by applicable law.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, photographs, branding, logos, itineraries, and design, belongs to Morocco Great Tours or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial travel planning only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or interfere with its normal operation.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, or other content to us, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for our business and marketing purposes.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

If a concern arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts in Morocco, subject to applicable mandatory law.
